Okarakonnyaku


Do you know Okarakonnyaku?
Konnyaku( a gelatious food made from devil's-tongue starch and it's japanese food) Okara(soybean fiber that left after making tofu)
Konnyaku become big when adding water, so if you eat konnyaku before eating meals, you can prevent from eating too much and having a lot of calories. Konnnyaku has effect of losing cholesterol readings and prevent lifestyle-related illnesses.
The calorie of Okarakonnyaku is less than 1/10 pork loin. The dietary fiber of it is as twice as sweet potatoes. However, the taste of Okarakonnyaku is similar to meat!
